I feel cheated out of my money.

I feel this pawn shop itself is a cheap place and when you have something of value they will not give you a fair amount of money. I came in there with a refurbished laptop and the guy said in these words exactly we wont accept this because somebody f....d with it inside. I feel this is outrageous and they should be written up for this.
